Reid Performance does not condone or knowingly perform any service that disables, removes, or defeats emissions equipment on vehicles intended for street or highway use.

All tuning, calibration, and performance modifications performed by Reid Performance are intended for off-road or competition use only. By requesting or receiving tuning services, the customer acknowledges that their vehicle is not registered for public highway operation and that it will be used solely in sanctioned off-road, racing, or closed-course environments where such modifications are permitted by law.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their vehicle complies with all applicable emissions and environmental regulations. Reid Performance assumes no liability for fines, inspection failures, registration issues, warranty impacts, or penalties arising from emissions non-compliance or use of modified vehicles on public roads.

By proceeding with any tuning or modification service, the customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for the vehicle’s emissions compliance status and intended use as an off-road or competition-only vehicle.
